Refund policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL NO Refunds NO returns. Exchange ONLY to a different size or in store credit (only if your size is not available) within 10 days of delivery date, items must be not worn and with tag still on.
Exchange only on size if it doesn’t fit. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, if item(s) are damaged or you have initiated the 10 days of delivery date you will not be eligible for an exchange. WE DO NOT PROVIDE shipping labels, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item back to us or if you are local we can exchange in person. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at ellaunicaboutique@gmail.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the exchange was approved or not.
